What should I do if my item is defective, dead on arrival?

If your item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or damaged, please report it within 3 days of delivery by submitting a support ticket. Include:

  • Clear photos of the item or issue

  • Video showing the problem

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Important:

  • Test your keyboard and components before installation.

  • Damage caused by installation or user handling—such as bent pins, damaged hotswap sockets, or other modifications—is not covered.
