If you need to cancel your order, please submit a support ticket or email us at help@lumekeebs.com including your order number within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order is eligible for cancellation, our team will be happy to cancel it for you.
Please note the following cancellation terms:
Orders cannot be canceled once a tracking number has been generated or the package is en route.
For lubed and filmed switches, cancellations are not allowed after 24 hours from the time of order placement.
Pre-orders may be canceled, but refunds will be issued as store credit only.
All approved cancellations are subject to a 6% transaction processing fee, which covers non-refundable fees charged by payment processors.
