What should I do if my tracking is not moving?

If your order’s tracking hasn’t updated, please note:

  • US orders: Wait 2–3 business days — tracking may take time to update.

  • International orders: Delivery times depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout. If you selected USPS First Class International, delivery can take up to 30 days

If tracking still doesn’t move after the expected timeframe, submit a support ticket with:

  • Your order number

  • Your tracking number

Our team will contact the shipping carrier and provide an update on your order status.
