What should I do if my order is lost?

If your order appears to be lost or hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please:

  1. Check your tracking information first. Sometimes updates are delayed.

    • US orders: Wait 2–3 business days

    • International orders (USPS First Class International): Delivery can take up to 30 days

  2. If your order is still missing after the expected timeframe, submit a support ticket with:

    • Your order number

    • Your tracking number

We can help file a claim and assist you with a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
