How to Request a Return or Refund
Please submit a support ticket with the following details:
Full name
Order number
Item(s) and quantity you wish to return
Reason for return
If your order is eligible, our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
Items must be in the original packaging
Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Lubricants, oils, and greases
Items that have been opened, used, or modified
Items that have been lubed, filmed, desoldered, or customized
Clearance / sale items
Pre-order items
Group Buy orders
All items listed above are FINAL SALE.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
LumeKeebs does not cover return shipping, customs fees, duties, or taxes
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Returns are processed within 7 business days
Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider
You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to items that have been opened but remain unused
