How do I get a refund for my order?

How to Request a Return or Refund

Please submit a support ticket with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) and quantity you wish to return

  • Reason for return

If your order is eligible, our support team will guide you through the next steps.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be in the original packaging

  • Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Lubricants, oils, and greases

  • Items that have been opened, used, or modified

  • Items that have been lubed, filmed, desoldered, or customized

  • Clearance / sale items

  • Pre-order items

  • Group Buy orders

All items listed above are FINAL SALE.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • LumeKeebs does not cover return shipping, customs fees, duties, or taxes

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Returns are processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear, depending on your payment provider

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed


Restocking Fee

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to items that have been opened but remain unused
